Was Responsible for the complete User Experience and design of a new Professional networking site of the company(brijj.com), based on an in-depth business analysis of the market trends. The core areas were pertaining to designing prototypes, usability analysis, conversion of prototypes to highly optimized HTML’s (table-less) and in addition, hiring and managing the entire User Experience and design team for the New Business. Apart from the brijj.com I was also working upon various sections of the company’s group portals like Naukri.com, 99acres, jeevansaathi.com and also developed a new Intranet site for the User Experience and Design team which carried all the guidelines and standards for all the products as well as the profile and descriptions of all the team members.
